The University of Kentucky Program for Archaeological Research (UK.~PAR) will act on behalf of the University of KentUcky Researcll Foundation to provide specific environmental investigations as designated in individual letter a.,oreements, all of which will have project-specific work plans. The specified environmental investigations are for the purpose of fulfilling requirements of state and federal regulations, in accordance with applicable state and federal guidelines (see 23 CFR 771, 36 CFR 800, 36 CFR 1215, and others) that require investigation and preservation of cultural resources. The UK-PAR is prequalified to investigate and assess both historic and prehistorIC cultural resources at all levels of work (Phase I, II, and TIl).
