UKRF shall assist the Division of Emergency Management in providing necessary briefings fo prospective and approved mitigation project and mitigation planning project sub-grantees, administrative oversight of approved Hazard Mitigation Grant Program, eligible expense reimbursement documentation summaries for project reimbursement, quarterly reports of the status of project and project closeout documentation for mitigation projects from federal disaster declarations DR-1746, 1757, 1802, 1818, 1841, 1855, 1912, and 1925 all under the guidance of the State Hazard Mitigation Officer.
