Description
The UK Research Foundation shall assist the Kentucky Division of Emergency Management in mitigation activities, including
application development, applicant briefings, cost/benefit analysis, cost benefit training, application submittal & Assistance, Award
Briefings, Project Management, Project Closeout & Archive, State & Local Planning Update Assistance, and Plan Management Training. These
services will be associated with all approved Flood Mitigation Assistance (FMA) projects for FY 09-10. The effective date on this contract will
be from July 1, 2008 to September 30, 2011.
