High-Impact Leadership for School Renewal

Dr. Ma will serve as the subcontractor through UKRF. He will conduct independent evaluation of the proposed project''s impact on principal leadership, school process and student achievement per evaluation plan. The SEED grant program provides funding to increase the number of highly effective educators by supporting the implementation of evidence-based preparation, development, or enhancement opportunities for educators.
