Abstract: Hindman Settlement Evaluation
The University of Kentucky Evaluation Center will plan and conduct an external evaluation
of the Hindman Settlement program in compliance with AmeriCorps alternative evaluation
guidance. Deliverables will include a revised program’s logic model so that it addresses
AmeriCorps review comments; the creation of a set of ?delity of implementation (FOI)
questions that will guide evaluation; data collection and instrumentation; data analysis;
and an evaluation report to inform program improvement as well as future evaluation
plans.
