Description
Contractor will be responsible for characterization of (up to 20) selectedy fly ash, carbon, and/or synthetic ash samples using advanced analytical techniques, primarily X-ray Absorption Fine Structure (XAFS) spectroscopy, to deterimine the chemical form of selected elements in the ash.
