Description
Through monthly conference calls with the Kentucky Department of Education¡¦s Part B Data Manager and Director of Learning Services and weekly to semi-weekly in-person meetings with the Part B Data Manager:
Provide direct and indirect services and support to the Part B Data Manager with Section 618 Data collecting and reporting:
o Documenting the processes and procedures for collection and reporting the IDEA December 1 Child Count including Educational Settings
o Documenting the processes and procedures for collection and reporting the IDEA Exiting and Discipline data
o Documenting the processes and procedures for collection and reporting the IDEA MOE and CEIS data
o Documenting the processes and procedures for collection and reporting the IDEA Dispute Resolution data
o Documenting the processes and procedures for collection and reporting the IDEA Personnel Employed to Provide Special Education and Related Services data
Provide direct and indirect services and support to the Part B Data Manager with Section 616 Data:
o Documenting the processes and procedures for providing data to staff around the Annual Performance Report (APR) indicators
o Documenting the processes and procedures for providing data to staff around the State Systemic Improvement Plan (SSIP)
Provide direct and indirect services and support around local district maintenance of effort requirements of the IDEA
Through monthly conference calls with the Project AWARE Coordinator and weekly to semi-monthly in-person meetings:
-- Develop a data collection and reporting system that meets the KY-AWARE requirements from SAMHSA
-- Collect data for the system from both internal and external sources (LEAs)
-- Review, validate and analyze to ensure high-quality data
-- Complete and submit SAMHSA data requirements
-- Inform the Coordinator to ensure high-quality data are being used to modify the Coordination and Integration Planning to achieve the goals of the grant
