Description

Statement of Work Dr. Saatman will serve as co-I on the project for her expertise in IGF-1 signaling and IGF-1 signaling pathway changes after brain injury. She is also an expert in IGF-1 therapy in brain injury and has experience in numerous modalities of IGF-1 delivery. She and her lab will provide expertise with detection of IGF-1 and its downstream effects as well and assist with optimization of IGF-1 delivery in this project. Drs. Saatman and Miller were faculty together at University of Kentucky before Dr. Miller’s relocation to University of Texas.
