Implementation

Several research suggestions for FY08 have been previously studied and recommendations made. Some of these reports may have been completed several years ago but the recommendations were never adopted for a variety of reasons. In most cases the conclusions of the studies are still valid but may have been lost, forgotten over time, etc. However it is appropriate to highlight these studies and findings and determine their applicability to today's situation.
