Description
Our conceptual approach includes selected theoretical frameworks of organizational change which incorporate training, technical assistance and implementation of evidence-based practices. Evidence-based interventions must be adopted and implemented into practice by organizational settings (APA, 2006) including jails, prisons, probation, parole and treatment organizations.
