Description
The Commonwealth of KY proposes to carry out a pilot deployment of procedures and technologies to meet the requirements of the Real ID Act. This pilot deployment will serve as a "proof of concept", demonstrating that the requirements can be met in an effective and practical way. KY's pilot deployment will also develop procedures, standards, and systems that can be adopted by other states, thus streamlining the process of achieving nationwide compliance with the requirements of the Real ID Act.
