Grants and Contracts Details
Description
Nursery inspectors, the state survey coordinator, and/or extension specialists will conduct visual surveys and a trapping survey using baited canisters to determine locations of fire ant mounds around the initial detection site at Land Between the Lakes National Recreation Area. The mounds at the home in Calloway County appear to have been eradicated, but surveys need to continue to verify that the eradication effort was successful.
