Description

The Dartmouth Supported Employment Project staff are responsible for the implementation of evidence based supported employment services for adults with serious mental illness and/or substance use. The project staff will assist new staff programs in the startup phase. Provide initial and ongoing training to new and existing program staff. Assist in interviewing staff as requested by local sites. Provide onsite technical assistance by sitting in on Person Centered Employment Plan activities, job development, reviewing employer logs, brainstorming ideas and next steps for clients as well as sit in on treatment team meetings and train new Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors new to working with local employment programs. Staff will also participate in fidelity reviews as needed. Staff will work in collaboration with the Division of Behavioral Health and Vocational Rehabilitation liaisons to ensure alignment of program goals
