Abstract
With the implementation of WIOA comes an increased need for training for employers on the
recruitment and management of new employees on the autism spectrum. The Human Development
Institute will work in partnership with the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation and people with disabilities
to meet the needs of employers in hiring, supervising, and retaining employees on the autism spectrum.
