Description
To improve competitiveness of training and research proposals submitted by faculty at
institutions with high minority enrollment remains continues to be the specific aim of the
project. Accordingly, the objectives submitted in the original project remain the same.
The objectives are: to translate a proven grant writing workshop into an interactive
hypennedia language, evaluate the appropriateness of the modules by using four diverse
institutions which serve as Beta test sites, to place the modules on the Internet for use hy
faculty accepted into the program, and to hold a conference each year to introduce the
participants to the modules and certain aspects of grant writing and to assist in
development of potentially long-lasting networking and mentoring relationships.
