Intergovernmental Personnel Act with Lexington VA for Biostatistical Analysis

Statistician on IPA: 1.2 calendar months effort. Dr. Charnigo will provide biostatistical expertise and will be responsible for the performance or review of all statistical analyses. He will provide statistical advice during the planning and design of experiments and will assist with data interpretation and publication. Dr. Charnigo is available on an as-needed basis, but will meet formally with the research team at least twice per year.
