Prashant D. Kunjadiya to this assignment is to facilitate the exchange of specialized knowledge like Differential Mito Isolation and other methods for specific Mito isolation, MST and OXPHOS analysis and other expertise between the myself and the participating governments. This allows skills transfer, enhancing the capabilities of government officials and other personnel in areas such as policy development, technical skills, and management practices. By working together on shared goals and projects, the participating governments can build mutual trust and understanding. I will bring valuable best practices to work with various protocols and mitochondrial assays from home organization which helps to build capacity of host institutes. These practices can help modernize processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the governance structures. Challenges related to policy development, economic planning, or technological advancements can be addressed by Prashant''s expertise through the application of strategic approaches or the implementation of innovative solutions. Post assignment, I can be utilized after completion of the assignment will be for Knowledge Dissemination, Advisory role, leveraging experience for domestic development, long term relationship and Leadership.
