ABSTRACT
Mr. Shaub will serve as a senior associate counsel in the White House Counsel''''s Office. In this role, he
will advise on legal questions relevant to both the White House and federal agencies to ensure a robust
and consistent approach to Congressional oversight. He will provide legal expertise and guidance on
issues related to executive privilege, separation of powers, and other oversight matters. He will also
work closely with members of the White House Office and other relevant federal agency stakeholders to
support oversight analysis and responses.
Mr. Shaub will continue to teach classes at his home institution and perform accompanying
administrative responsibilities. The time allocation will be 15% for the White House Office and 85% for
the home institution.
