IRP Task Order #3: IRP Data Repository Implementation

The purpose of this task order is for the Kentucky Transportation Center (KTC) to provide project management services for the development and implementation of the IRP Data Repository. KTC will incorporate industry best practices to assist IRP, Inc. in managing the IRP Data Repository project. KTC will participate from project start-up (i.e., selection of IT vendor) through the development and implementation of the new system. IRP Inc. expects that the majority of KTC’s effort will take place within the first 6 months of the contract as planning efforts take place. The IRP Data Repository is a modernized, robust repository of IRP Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV) registration data that, in addition to the current registration payment netting process, will be used as a source of CMV registration records for electronic verification of credentials and enhanced IRP CMV data reporting. The IRP Data Repository will result in a high-quality, timely, and complete vehicle registration database that is readily accessible to law enforcement in all states and Canadian provinces.
