As outlined in the proposal, the Daugherty lab at the University of Kentucky will be responsible for the following experimental procedures:
1. Receipt of murine samples shipped from University of Michigan
2. Pathological analysis of samples that includes sectioning, and different modes of staining.
3. Documentation and statistical analyses of related data.
