Intake data collection is required of all state funded treatment providers with follow-up interviews conducted by CDAR 12 months after treatment with consenting clients. The KTOS data collection system is based on the Addiction Severity Index with the goal of examining changes in employment, education, substance use, recovery support, and mental health for clients in treatment.
