Description
OBJECTIVES: Design, deliver, and interpret a statewide survey process that is statistically
reliable and answers the major questions required by the Cabinet. The core group of questions of this
survey will be the same as those asked during the previous highway characteristics surveys. This
will allow comparison over time of customer perceptions
