The Council on Postsecondary Education on behalf of its Kentucky Virtual Library unit, and the University of Kentucky Research Foundation, on behalf of the University of Kentucky and the Digital Programs Department of the University of Kentucky Libraries, enter into this Agreement for the purpose of providing continued support for the management and development of the Kentuckiana Digital Library.
