Kentucky Adolescent Treatment Enhancement and Dissemination (KAT-ED) Project

1. Monitor compliance on accuracy and timeliness of the two selected Kentucky Adolescent Treatment Enhancement and Dissemination (KAT-ED) participant sites’ GAIN, GPRA and ACRA data entry for intake and follow-up interviews through GAIN and GPRA website’s evaluator access. 2. Provide technical assistance for: a. data collection through GPRA SAIS b. completion of TA and Meeting satisfaction surveys c. GPRA dashboards and GAIN reporting features 3. Provide the SAMHSA/CSAT requested narrative and reporting information required of evaluators by the following deadlines: a. January 30 annual report due date b. April 30 and October 30 programmatic semi-annual report due dates 4. Participate in policy planning, consensus building meetings, staff meetings and other project meetings as requested. 5. Additional specific data analysis and reporting may be negotiated a. Enter data and analyze DDCYTN measures and change between baseline and follow-up review points b. Participate in the development and implementation of cultural competency assessment for the two participating sites c. Participate in the development and implementation of infrastructure performance measures d. Specialized trend analysis as negotiated with program administrators
