What we are proposing: -A collaboration involving the Kentucky Cabinet for Health and Family Services (CHFS), the University of Kentucky (UK) and the Commonwealth Office of Technology (COT) -Development of an APCD that will pave the way for broader analysis of healthcare data -Use of cutting-edge, cost-effective technology that can significantly simplify the implementation and use of the APCD, but more importantly have the performance and ease of use needed to promote rapid adoption across diverse stakeholders -A highly collaborative Commonwealth team effort that leverages the unique strengths of CHFS, UK, COT and other Commonwealth staff that can establish Kentucky as a national leader in health care analytics
