The Recipient shall provide all necessary personnel, equipment, and facilities required to collect, evaluate, correlate, and encode subsurface point-source borehole coal data, as well as coal quality petrographic, and palynologic data in order to better understand the basin framework and the impacts of coal quality on coal usage, and to generate new digital maps, database information, and revised coal resource assessments in both the eastern and western Kentucky coal fields.
