Description
The Kentucky Deaf-Blind Project (KDBP) works in collaboration with LEAs statewide to provide training and technical assistance to education teams serving low incidence students statewide; including those who are deaf-blind and those who have complex needs which is defined as students who are deaf/hard of hearing with additional disabilities and blind/visually impaired with additional disabilities. Particular emphasis is placed on training and technical assistance to members of education teams representing students at the tertiary level of Response to Intervention (RTI).
