Kentucky Deaf Blind Project (Main Grant)

The vendor will: work with local school districts to address identification and evaluation of students who have severe or multiple disabilities including deaf/blindness; provide competency-based technical assistance and training to build local capacity for addressing the learning needs of these students along the transition continuum; assist the Kentucky Department of Education in providing statewide technical assistance to address local, state and national initiatives around low incidence populations; collaborate with families and interagency service providers in developing and implementing activities.
