Abstract Inequities in education, employment and health outcomes for people with disabilities have long been pervasive issues in Kentucky. This initiative will use higher education as a lever to build leadership opportunities for students with disabilities and build capacity through pre-professional training of public health students in higher education. Scope of Work The project will work with stakeholders and subject matter experts who will assist in development and delivery of information that will be shared with campus communities. Information sharing will address public health issues related to health care and mental health care, access to employment from higher education, and COVID and vaccine hesitancy.
