Kentucky Environmental Justice Communities TCTAC

Abstract Dr. Alison Davis Sub to RTI for EPA EJ-TCTAC Alison Davis will serve as a subawardee to RTI for the EPA’s Environmental Justice’s solicitation Environmental Justice Thriving Communities Technical Assistance Centers Program (EJ TCTAC). Dr. Davis will serve as the institutional leader for Kentucky. She and her CEDIK team will provide face-to- face outreach to community organizations, conduct train-the-trainer sessions with Cooperative Extension professionals, coordinate with state-level resources including our existing relationship with the Kentucky Energy and Environment Cabinet, and document program outputs and outcomes to report to the coordinating center. In addition, Dr. Davis will contribute to the development of modules led by the coordinating center and participate in regular community listening sessions to ensure the resources and training are meeting the needs of Kentucky’s vulnerable populations.
