KDE Contract- School Profiles Project Abstract This project seeks to administer School Health Profiles to a sample of middle school and high school principals and health educators across the Kentucky in cooperation with the Kentucky Department of Education via paper administration; consistently work to follow-up with schools contacts; provide monetary incentives for participation; track progress of survey receipt; submit necessary reports to Kentucky Department of Education and Westat to achieve project deliverables.
