To accomplish specifi aim #3 for KOSHS, FACE, and OHI components, "conflict integrated KOSHS fundamental, FACE, and OHI epidemiological analyses of occupational injury and illness surveilllance and investigation data to inform workplace interventions, policies, and practices, " we would like to conduct a research study evaluating the socioeconomic factors for Kentucky truck crashes: 1. Objectives. The research study will examine the crashes of truck drivers to define at-risk groups according to personal and socioeconomic characteristics to better understand their relationship to truck-specific crash involvement. The objectives of this study are: a) Evaluate and determine socioeconomic features that could aid truck crash occurrence probability predictions; and b) Identify target driver groups and counties for counter-measure dissemination.
