Kentucky Project AWARE-Year 3

The UKRF on behalf of the University of Kentucky Center on Trauma and Children (CTAC) will partner with the Kentucky Department of Education, Kentucky AWARE, in the creation of a trauma-informed care learning collaboratives for: (1) educators from three participating LEAs; (2) specialists from educational cooperatives accross the state; and (3) school-based mental health professionals. CTAC will deliver three learning collaboratives on Trauma Informed Care for Educators throughout the state of Kentucky for educational cooperatives and interested alternative programs at locations identified by the Kentucky Department of Education. These learning collaboratives will consist of a pre-work preparation phase, face to face learning sessions, face to face or phone consultation on implementation (depending on location and preference). UK CTAC will provide all learning materials and facilitate all consultation sessions.
