Goal: To strengthen Kentuckyfs rural economies by empowering small businesses and entrepreneurs to
capitalize on opportunities through technical assistance focused on providing one-on-one consulting,
training, and informational resources.
Objectives:
1) Provide access to data and expertise for small businesses
2) Provide technical assistance by delivering custom services, based on identified needs, to small
businesses
3) Continue to implement Kentuckyfs first and only Economic Gardening program emphasizing
growth oriented businesses
