This project will provide the Office of Project Development with research and project management capabilities as directed by the Deputy State Highway Engineer for Project Development in order to advance the goals of KYTC in the Project Development area. Specifically, the project will include tasks that focus on researching and promoting advanced project management strategies on KYTC’s I-69 activities, working with the project management bootcamp team to research and advance project management training across KYTC, working with the research team currently researching KYTC Flexible Solutions, working with the research team at KTC to implement the results of the Design Build guidance project, providing input into KYTC’s Public-Private Partnership policies, and evaluation and recommending efficiencies within the Office of Project Development.
