KHIT 117: Implementation of KYTC Research Projects

This project will establish a consistent, systematic method to evaluate the outcomes of KTC¡¦s research projects and demonstrate the value of research by documenting its purpose, success, and implementation. Track positive results so they continue moving toward implementation as far as possible and determine reasons for research that has not been implemented. Produce a report that examines projects completed over the past three years that documents the implementation of KTC research and provides (where appropriate) an estimate of its associated value. Put systems and processes in place to track implementation on an ongoing basis and develop protocols for generating periodic implementation reports that highlight the extent and value of implementation. Establish processes to ensure that implementation plans are developed, reviewed, and approved for each project. Increase the engagement of KYTC personnel in the implementation of research and the documentation thereof.
