KHIT 141, Deployment of CatStrong UCF to Retrofit Damaged PC Girders
(105B00107R – KY-620 over I-75 in Scott County, D07)
The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) proposes to use CatStrong Carbon Fabrics to retrofit
14 Prestressed Concrete (PC) girder ends and 4 shear keys in 105B00107R. The objective of this
project is to carry out the retrofit design; CFRP and adhesive material specification, procurement, and
application supervision; monitoring at all retrofit stages; and reporting.
