Description
The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) proposes to use Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer (CFRP) fabric to retrofit four deteriorated/damaged reinforced concrete beams on KY 583 over eastbound Blue Grass Parkway in Hardin County KY. The objective of this project is to carry out the design, carbon fiber material specifications and orders, installation of specified CFRP fabric, and perform monitoring at all stages retrofit, and carryout the reporting on the project.
