Description
The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) proposes to use CatStrong Unidirectional Carbon Fiber Fabric (UCF) to retrofit an overheight truck impacted girder on a Reinforced Concrete Deck Girder (RCDG) bridge on KY 562 over Northbound I-71 in Gallatin County, KY. The objective of this project is to carry out the design, carbon fiber material specifications and orders, supervise the installation of specified CatStrong UCF, and perform monitoring at all stages of retrofit and carryout the reporting on the project.
