Description
The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) has requested that the Kentucky Transportation Center (KTC) develop a pipe inspection training program for all Resident Engineers and State Inspectors. In addition to developing the training program, KYTC has request KTC purchase a new pipe inspection video & deflection assessment acquisition system with spinning laser head to be used for Quality Assurance on selected KYTC state highway construction projects.
The purpose of this project is to secure the funding for the initial lease payment for the equipment and the cost to develop the pipe inspection training program for KYTC personnel.
