Description
The University of Kentucky shall administer the Comprehensive Child Ftality Review and Injury Prevention Program in KY by providing assistance to health departments, including the linkage of people, to encourage local development of child fatality review teams and injury prevention groups. UK shall develop injury prevention training modules, displays for oral presentations at state and local conferences and workshops and attend relevant injury coalition meetings. This program requires administration of data intake, data analysis, oversight of the child fatality review state advisory team and its projects, facilitation of and on-site visits to assist development of local child fatality review teams and their continuation, and provision of outreach services to health department and coroner office staff in KY's 120 counties.
