KORE/SOR MOUD: Creating a Recovery Oriented System of Care (Plan of Safe Care) Model for Hospital and Ambulatory Care Systems

This project would increase access to complete screenings of all parenting women identified within UKHC at the point of delivery. Primary target audience will be women of children transferred to the NICU at UK Children’s Hospital, secondary target will be to screen women parenting children with prenatal exposure who are identified in ambulatory care settings within UKHC.
