Description
OBJECTIVES: The proposed research will update the KY-CTDS by completing the fo llowing
objectives:
A. Identify the extent of use of the KY -eTDS by Cabinet personnel for planning highway projects;
B. Identify the accuracy of the tool on completed projects by comparing the project's actual schedu le
and duration with predicted schedule and duration from the KY -CTDS;
C. Identify recommended updates to the original system including software, productivity databases,
inclusion of road user costs, and project templates; and
D. Identify potential expansions of the original system to better reflect CUITent and future cabinet
projects.
