The overall purpose of this project is to support the gathering and reporting of OSEP child outcome data via Baby KEDS (Kentucky Early Childhood Data System) for First Steps providers across the state. The KEDS system is designed to provide a universal data platform which allows for the collection and analyses of data from state-approved curriculum-based assessments to provide reports to First Steps Lead Agency staff on the progress for children across the state in meeting the three OSEP child outcomes.
