KY Early Childhood Transition Project

The Kentucky Early Childhood Transition Project will provide in-depth, competency based training and technical assistance related to the development of a community wide transition system that supports each child, family and agency. The major objectives of this project are: coordinate and support the development of a state transition document, provide a set of transition training modules to various entities across the state, develop web-based resources, provide support to local communities around transition specific activities, and develop an evaluation plan for transition.
