state matching portion of the DOE EPSCoR project sponsored by the Kentucky Cabinet for Economic Development (KYCED). Kentucky's Established Program to Stimulate Competitive Research (KY EPSCoR) exists to stimulate sustainable improvements in the Commonwealth's research and development capacity and to advance science and engineering capabilities for discovery, innovation, and knowledge-based prosperity.
KY EPSCoR's activities are focused upon developing human and physical infrastructure to advance academic research, promoting and nurturing a culture of innovation and economic creativity, and supporting increased STEMeducation, workforce development, and research participation diversity.
