Abstract
In collaboration with the Council on Post-Secondary Education, the Kentucky Graduate
Pro?le outlines 10 essential skills every graduate should possess when entering the
workforce. This project at UK, titled “Wildcat Workforce”, will be implemented over the next
3 years including initiatives that enhance campus awareness and buy in, curricular
integration and assessment, faculty development, and the student experience.
