KY HIV/AIDS Statewide Coordinated Statement of Need

There will be approximately thirty (30) participants consisting of HIV/AIDS Care Coordinators, clients, medical personnel, and other service providers. The HIV/AIDS Branch staff will identify and invite a cross-section of stakeholders from these groups to the focus groups. Participants who attend and complete the focus groups will complete the consent form and may later receive $50 as a participation stipend. The HIV/AIDS Branch will decide whether the stipend will only be paid to clients or also to service providers. (One advantage to paying the stipend to all participants is that clients will not have to identify themselves to qualify for the stipend.)
