KY Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Cabinet Memorandum of Agreement

The scope of the FOUNDA nON is to assess, evaluate and provide conclusions and recommendations to the NREPC of the environmental investigation, monitoring and restoration activities at the Paducah Gaseous Diffusion Plant in Kentucky. The FOUNDA nON shall review, comment, and provide interpretations, conclusions and evaluations in the form of draft reports, documents and comments for consideration by the NREPC Director of the Division of Waste Management. The University of Kentucky Faculty and research staff will provide technical expertise, including performing special projects, and provide support for the NREPC staff. At all times, the current operation budget from NREPC governs the Scope of Services.
