Description
The purpose of the Kentucky State Personnel Development Grant evaluation is to examine the impact of the grant on student with disabilities. The evaluators will collect data on changes in perception and knowledge among professional development recipients, changes in behavior among professional development participants as a result of the coaching and support. The evaluation plan will include process and progress outcomes as well as student outcomes. A final report will be submitted to the Office of Special Education Programs.
